Reporting pollution and other incidents
The Environment Line takes reports of:
- pollution occurring in NSW where the EPA has a direct regulatory role
- pollution from smoky vehicles or noisy vehicles.
Environment Line does not take reports for littering from vehicles.

The Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act) gives you the right to be given access to information you ask for unless there is an overriding public interest against release.

24 hours a day, 7 days a week for reports of pollution incidents for which the EPA has direct regulatory responsibility, and reports relating to smoky or noisy motor vehicles.
