Load-based licensing annual returns and load data
Licensees who are subject to load-based licensing must submit a load-based licensing annual return to the EPA. The load-based licensing annual return includes a statement of compliance for load-based fee calculation and a report of the pollutant loads generated by the activity undertaken at the premises.
