The EPA is the lead regulator responsible for compliance and enforcement of all conditions of approval for onshore gas activities in NSW, except for work health and safety matters.

AGL Macquarie fined for polluting creek
The NSW Environment Protection Authority has fined ALG Macquarie Pty Limited (AGLM) $30,000 after the company discharged coal ash into Chilcotts Creek.
