NO-BURN NOTICE
(Prohibition of Burning of Fires)
Pursuant to s.133 of the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997, the Environment Protection Authority makes the following order.

2. Burning of fires in the open is prohibited except for the following purposes:
- the fighting of bushfires;
- the preparation of food (e.g. barbeques); or
- the reduction of fire hazards required or expressly permitted by the Rural Fires Act 1997 (NSW) conducted by:
Warringah-Pittwater Rural Fire Service - Caladenta Close, Ingleside on Sunday 6 August
Camden Rural Fire Service - Lodges Rd, Narellan on Saturday 5 August
Blue Mountains Rural Fire Service - Henry St, Lawson on Saturday 5 August
3. Burning of fires in incinerators is prohibited unless the incinerator is used in accordance with a licence issued by the Environment Protection Authority.
4. This order has effect from: 0000 hours on Saturday 5 August 2000 until 0000 hours on Monday 7 August 2000.
