Who should complete this statement

Bottle Crushing Operators Operators who have registered to receive material processing refunds for glass containers eligible under the NSW Container Deposit Scheme, Return and Earn. Material Recovery Facility Operators should complete the form "MRF Operators - Annual Recycling Statement". This form does not apply to Alternative Waste Treatment Plant Operators.

Where and when to send completed forms

The form will be automatically emailed to Exchange for Change and the EPA.
