Within 6 weeks of the first stormwater overflow from the premises that discharges into McLeods Creek, the licensee must submit a Water quality Validation Report to the EPA. The purpose of the report is to validate the MUSIC modelling provided in Licence Application no. POEOA2483. The validation report must utilise the data collected from the water quality monitoring program which has been outlined in the document titled 'SBBLR Water Monitoring Program and Response Plan' (EPA internal ref. DOC21/837365). The validation report must also recommend how the findings of the Validation Report will be used to inform the Trigger Action Response Plan (TARP) and, Determine a site-specific correlation of TSS and Turbidity.
