Noise limits were not met because the sound power level of the vessel engine & conveyor belts unloading the cargo. The activity will continue by carrying out the activities to minimise emission on noise.

The final noise monitoring report was provided as soon as received from SLR Consulting Australia, however was outside the 5 day requirement stated in the condition. Endeavour to provide the report in an expedited time frame.
