Licence Condition
The licensee must engage a suitably qualified person/s to install/implement the noise mitigation measures proposed on 18 June 2019 to manage the noise exceedances identified in the Noise Assessment provided to the EPA on 20 August 2018.
The licensee must provide a written report outlining the completion of Condition U3.1 to the Manager, South East Region of NSW EPA by 14 November 2019.
