Download the application form (DOCX 78KB) to apply for membership and register to use the credit exchange.
You must accept the Terms of use to access the credit register and change facility.
Online credit exchange facility members must comply with the Credit exchange facility terms and conditions (PDF 126KB).
If the credit exchange facility becomes unavailable, the EPA may allow paper-based trading using the credit transfer form (DOCX 72KB).
