Extended Producer Responsibility Statement 2007

Overview

EPR Priority Statement 2007 replaced the EPR Priority Statement 2005-06.

Priority Statement 2007 retains the "wastes of concern" nominated in the previous statement. The statement gives notice of the wastes that DECC may recommend for regulatory action during 2008.

EPR Priority Statement 2007 Public Consultation Report

The EPR Priority Statement was published in December 2007 and feedback was sought on the Statement by 31 March 2008.  As required under the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2001, the report on the submissions received is below:

EPR Priority Statement 2005-06 Public Consultation Report

The EPR Priority Statement 2005-06 was published in March 2006. The EPR Priority Statement 2005-06 listed 17 products/materials for specific industry action.

Feedback was sought on the Statement by 30 June 2006, as required under the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2001, the report on the submissions received is below:


Expert Reference Group

The Expert Reference Group provides advice to the DECC and the Minister for the Environment on the implementation of the NSW EPR Priority Statements.
