Registration
The Radiation Control Act 1990 requires that prescribed radiation apparatus, sealed source devices and premises where a radioactive substance not contained in a sealed source device is kept or used are registered.
The Radiation Control Regulation 2003 prescribes the radiation apparatus required to be registered and any requirements of registration.
