Risk-based licensing groundwater sensitive zone maps

These maps can assist licensees and EPA officers to determine whether a site is located in a groundwater- sensitive zone.

The maps are provided for this specific assessment and should not be used for any other purpose. However, please note they are a guide only and were prepared before council amalgamations in 2016. They were last updated in 2010 and do not include changes to boundaries of State Forests and National Parks or any additions or deletions from the groundwater bore database since then. Where the resolution of the PDF map does not enable you to precisely locate an affected site, email regulatory.practice@epa.nsw.gov.au with the business name and street address of the site.
