The Information Centre can also assist with a wide range of environmental problems and pollution incidents not under the immediate jurisdiction of OEH or the EPA. Fact sheets, technical guides and referral advice can be provided on these issues.

Reporting pollution and other incidents
The Environment Line takes reports of:
pollution occurring in NSW where the EPA (or OEH) has a direct regulatory role
pollution from smoky vehicles or noisy vehicles.
Environment Line does not take reports for littering from vehicles.
